Yin Yoga @ Warrior One

I nicknamed Yin Yoga, Pillow Yoga. You will use all sorts of tools such as pillows, blocks and sand bags to get situated in a restorative pose and just hang out for 3-4 minutes. It is designed to focus on your joints and tendons, and feels like a mini vacation when you're done. Great for everyone!!!
