I was asked twice this week what kind of music I like to listen to when I workout. I am super motivated by music. If I enjoy the music, my workouts fly by. I use Spotify to create my own playlists, that are tailored to my tastes, which includes a little rock, some that border on punk, pop, and some that float on the electronic side. Either way, I thought I would share one of my current faves. It is my Ladies Who Lunge playlist that is filled with all kinds of music with bad ass chicks taking the lead!!
